After entering your email and password on the registration form, you will use the same information to sign in to the platform. 1. Head to "Log In / Sign Up" on the top right of the platform. 2. Select "Already have a profile? Sign In." 3. Sign in with the email and password you created for this platform.

Yes you can change your password. 1. Head to "Log In / Sign Up" on the top right of the platform. 2. Click on "Already Have a Profile - Sign In" 3. Enter in your email address and select "Forgot password - reset" 4. You will get an email shortly to reset your password. The email is sometimes sent to the Spam folder. In order to be listed in the directory and post in the event forum, you must have a public profile. Profiles are automatically set to public upon profile creation, but can be changed to private at any point. The directory can only be viewed by site members and is not available to the public. 1. When inside the Event Profile Hub, head to the "Edit Profile" tab. 2. Click on the three dots on the bottom right of your attendee cover image. 3. Select "Edit Profile." 4. Scroll down to Profile Visibility and select "Make Profile Private."

To follow a thread and get notifications, click the three dots in the top right of the thread and select “Follow Category.”

You can find members in this conference platform through the directory. You can also follow a member and send them a direct message by using the button's found below each member's name.
